2025 Greetings from Gradian Health Systems

Happy New Year!

As we kick off 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together and look ahead to what’s next. Your support, collaboration, and dedication have been the driving force behind everything we do at Gradian, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

In 2024, we achieved major milestones that set the stage for an even more impactful 2025. Our training programs expanded significantly, delivering tailored content to thousands of providers. Our service team provided exceptional support through ongoing maintenance and training, ensuring healthcare facilities could rely on innovative technology. We also launched a redesigned website to make accessing resources and tools easier for healthcare providers worldwide. Through initiatives like our anesthetic-use survey, we gathered critical insights to better support healthcare facilities adapting to evolving needs.

One of those evolving needs has been the global phase-out of halothane, which is part of a larger shift in anesthetic practices. While halothane has been a reliable choice for decades, its phase-out has presented both challenges and opportunities for innovation. Transitions like these require not only new supplies but also new skills, workflows, and infrastructure—all areas where we’re committed to supporting you.

As we move into 2025, our focus is on building on last year’s successes to deliver even greater value:

• Supporting the Halothane Transition: In 2024, we began working closely with healthcare providers to address the transition away from halothane. Building on this foundation, we will continue in 2025 to provide tailored guidance, tackle supply challenges, and ensure providers have the tools needed to deliver safe and effective anesthesia care.
• Expanding Training and Education: In 2024, we supported providers in enhancing their clinical skills and confidence through workshops and webinars. This year, we’ll launch new training tools and materials designed to meet evolving needs and help providers adapt to critical changes in anesthesia care.
• Innovating with the UAM: The Universal Anesthesia Machine (UAM) remained a cornerstone of our support in 2024, offering a flexible solution for facilities navigating a range of anesthetic agents. This year, we’re enhancing its capabilities to make it even more adaptable to your needs.
• Improving Digital Access: Our redesigned website launched last year has become a hub for resources, training materials, and updates. This year, we’ll build on your feedback to make it an even more valuable platform for learning and collaboration.

The challenges of global healthcare—whether adapting to new anesthetic practices, addressing infrastructure gaps, or strengthening health systems—require partnership, creativity, and shared effort. Together, we’re not just responding to change but shaping the future of anesthesia and critical care.
