Delivering Life-Saving Medical Equipment to Ukraine
Gradian Health Systems, Diamedica UK Ltd, and ROHLIG SUUS recently partnered to deliver multiple Glostavent® DPA02 portable anaesthesia machines and Lifebox pulse oximeters to the Regional Clinic Licarnya in Kharkiv in response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.
Being able to identify these opportunities relies greatly on our strong partnerships at every level. Thanks to those partnerships, Gradian was able to connect with Dr. Rostyslav Chaplynskyy of the Regional Clinic Licarnya in Kharkiv who identified the need for anaesthesia machines and oximeters. With Diamedica UK Ltd and ROHLIG SUUS supporting the procurement and delivery of this critically needed medical equipment, we were able to safely get them to Ukraine during exceptionally difficult times.
Under the best of circumstances, medical procedures can pose serious risks. Over the last two months, healthcare workers in Ukraine have been working tirelessly to ensure patients receive quality care under dire circumstances. In Ukraine today, these challenges have been further exacerbated by the inability to now access medical equipment and adequate healthcare facilities.
